The project attempts to explore the opportunities to maximise ESD design principles into different parts of the building. The façade finish color allows the building to reflect radiant heat during the summertime whilst creating a blank canvas to receive shadows from the nearby trees. The shape of the building is designed to maximise natural light & natural ventilation via windows, skylights and courtyard.

Located in a quiet district, the project offers a unique opportunity to establish a dialogue with neighbour and the wider community.
